These terms of use apply to the use of this website and by accessing this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions you may not use, purchase from or access this website.

General

The laws of New South Wales, Australia, govern all orders.

Acceptance of these terms of use is signified and implied by the customer ordering goods either by online sale, telephone or in writing.

You are provided with access to this website in accordance with these conditions and any orders placed by you must be placed strictly in accordance with these Conditions. 

Our Mailing List

eurowalls will add any email & postal address provided to us when you make an enquiry to send email newsletters or postal advertising from Eurowalls only. If at anytime you decide you no longer wish to receive our Newsletter or updates please contact by email or telephone so we can remove your details immediately. You can also unsubscribe directly from our database by clicking on unsubscribe me link. We will not sell your details or knowingly pass them onto another third party for the purpose of marketing. 

Our Payment Terms

Payment may be made by VISA, MasterCard only.

All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars with GST inclusive. Payment will be deducted immediately if you choose to pay by card.

This website is secured by SSL sockets and approved by NAB bank facility as secure website for credit card transaction. 

This eliminates the risk of your credit card details being captured and used by unauthorised people.

Currency

We only trade in Australian Dollars.

NSW, QLD, VIC & ACT

Approximately 10 - 15 working days delivery if not in stock in Australia. We will advise you as soon as possible if delays will occur due to manufacturing process.

If wallpaper is in stock in Australia delivery is approximately 5 working days.

All murals are made to order and delivery is approximately 4 - 5 weeks.

EXPRESS DELIVERY: We can quote on 'Express Delivery' from Europe if the product is not in stock in Australia within 7 -10 working days. We always do our best to deliver as quoted, however if delays occur beyond our control we will not take responsibility caused by third party international couriers. PLEASE NOTE: Choosing FASTWAY COURIER option on 'check-out' gives you priority and express courier dispatch if goods are in Australia or once goods ARRIVE in Australia. Normal delivery may still apply for your order, please contact us for confirmation on 1300 00 9255.

Colours

While every attempt is made to ensure the colours displayed on our website are true and accurate, colour variations are inevitable due to monitor settings and lighting conditions. If you need to match a colour exactly, please request a colour sample of the product. No responsibility will be taken if you are unhappy with the colour when your purchase arrives, unless we have sent you a colour sample, which is different to the product received.

Samples

Commercial samples are only provided free of charge to registered Architects & Designers.

Samples are available for most but not all items show on our website. All samples are close to A4, however some samples might be closer to A6 size. For collections with a sample option you will be able to click on the "purchase sample" tab. If the sample is not available you will not be able to purchase.

Samples are delivered only by Express Post. Tracking number can be provided on request. Additional charge is $7.70 per delivery (inclusive GST).

Retail customers must choose option "express post" and pay freight as samples under "free of charge" will not be processed.

A sample is approximately A4 in size to give you an idea of the texture and colour of the wallpaper. If you want the full pattern repeat and greater size of the sample you may order a full roll.

Registration

You warrant that: The personal information which you are required to provide when you register as a customer is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects; and you will notify us immediately of any changes to the personal information by contacting our customer service team. You agree not to impersonate any other person or entity or to use a false name or a name that you are not authorised to use.

Indemnity

You agree fully to indemnify, defend and hold us, and our officers, directors, employees, agents and suppliers, harmless immediately on demand, from and against all claims, liability, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of any breach of the conditions by you or any other liabilities arising out of your use of this website, or the use by any other person accessing the website using your shopping account and/or your personal information.

Our Rights

We reserve the right to: modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, this website (or any part thereof) with or without notice to you & you confirm that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification to or withdrawal of the website; and/or change the conditions from time to time, & your continued use of the website (or any part thereof) following such change shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change. It is your responsibility to check regularly to determine whether the conditions have been changed. If you do not agree to any change to the conditions then you must immediately stop using the Website.

Liability

All goods are supplied on the condition that our liability for any fault or defect in the quality, condition, description or fitness for any purpose is limited in amount to a sum not exceeding the purchase price of the particular goods. In no circumstances whatsoever shall Eurowalls be liable for indirect of consequential loss or damage following use or installation of our products

Ordering

Please make sure the e-mail address you provide to us is correct and your mailbox is in proper working order. All order confirmations are sent to that e-mail address. Please make sure both your billing & delivery addresses are also completed fully. Any contracts or agreements formed between you and us by means of this website shall be governed and construed according to New South Wales, Australia law & any disputes or proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Australian courts within New South Wales.

Please note in particular that: -

1. No orders shall be accepted from persons under the age of 18.

2. While we try to ensure that all details (including prices) displayed on this website are correct and up to date, we cannot be held responsible for their accuracy.

3. You must ensure that, prior to placing an order, you have checked all relevant details about the products you have selected as their relevant details may have changed since you last visited this online store.

4. All products displayed on this website are subject to availability.

5 Your payment card will be debited immediately for full payment.

6. No statement on this online store site shall be deemed to affect the statutory rights of a consumer that cannot be excluded or restricted by law.

Your order becomes binding as soon as we have accepted it.

Acceptance of Sale

Your order will be accepted as soon as we have confirmed your order. Our acceptance of your order is conditional on the availability of the products you have ordered. If any of the products you have ordered are unavailable, or should events occur beyond our reasonable control, we reserve the right to cancel your order. In such circumstances we shall let you know as soon as possible.

Cancellation and Refunds

We have the right to cancel your order if we cannot deliver for any reason. You will receive a full refund. 

Due to the specialty nature of products sold by eurowalls  - you are unable to cancel your order once we have accepted your order and credit card charged.

Due to the specialty nature of products sold by eurowalls - a refund will only be given in the following circumstances, as required by the laws of New South Wales: -

As a consumer, you are legally entitled to a refund, exchange or repair from the place of purchase if goods: 

1. Had a fault you did not know when you bought it.

2. Were not the same as the seller or advertisement described.

3. Don’t match the sample you ordered of the same item.

WE DO NOT REFUND FOR INCORRECT CHOICE, UNDER/OVER ORDER. PLEASE DO NOT ASK TO AVOID DISAPPOINTMENT.

Installation - Warranty Information – IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Our responsibility only applies for product faults during manufacture. Please note that you should check all wallpaper products and matching batch numbers for faults before hanging by yourself or your installer. If the product is defective in any way or has a fault, a full replacement or refund will be made at no charge prior to installation

All of our products come with detailed installation instructions as recommended by the manufacturer including recommended adhesive. If these instructions are not followed and a fault appears during or after installation, we do not accept any responsibility and will not offer a refund. We have recommended installers in each state and recommend installation only by professional installers. If you install, you do so at your own risk and we will not accept any responsibility for product once installed.

Note the following conditions within 14 days of receipt of your product:

1. Upon receiving your wallpaper please check the visible manufacture label on the rolls and ensure your rolls of the same product code have the same batch number. The batch number is usually a digit sometimes with letter next to the product code i.e. 5A or 2. Please contact us if the batch numbers or product codes do not match prior to opening.

2. Once batches are checked please open the roll from packaging and unroll first few metres to check for any print errors or any unusual markings on the wallpaper. This is very rare, but sometimes during production, small errors can occur. Please contact us if there are defects on the roll, prior to installation. Our warranty does not extend to wallpaper once installed on your wall.

3. Before you commence installation or apply adhesive please proceed with cutting the product to desired lengths. Check that your drops align and there is no issue with matching the pattern. Please contact us if the patterns do not align prior to installation. Our warranty does not extend to wallpaper once installed on your wall.

4. Please make sure that your wall is smooth and absorbent so the adhesive will stick to the wall and hold wallpaper when installed.

If you satisfied with the above 4 points, please read the instructions on the back of the manufacture label. You are now ready to install, but note our warranty does not extend to wallpaper once installed on your wall.

Finally, always make sure you use appropriate adhesive, as different wallpaper require different types of adhesive. eurowalls offers a range of adhesives appropriate for our products. If you are not sure you have the correct adhesive, please contact us prior to installation for the correct adhesive on 1300 00 9255

Please make sure when using professional installers that they accept these terms.

If the wallpaper is faulty what is the returns policy?

To determine a faulty product please send us an e-mail to info@eurowalls.com.au, stating your invoice number, date of receipt, application method and a digital image of the fault. If we agree that the product is faulty, please send ALL products to eurowalls at Unit 1, 51 Bourke Road, Alexandria NSW 2015 and we will offer a credit/refund

Please Note: We are unable to offer a refund, exchange or repair or accept a return unless the terms listed above are addressed wihin 14 days of receipt of your product.

What to do if you haven't ordered enough wallpaper to complete your project?

If you have not ordered enough wallpaper to complete your project please contact us on 1300 00 9255, state your invoice number, code and batch number of wallpaper. We will endeavour to order additional rolls from our supplier on your behalf.

We do not however guarantee that additional product will be of the same batch number and we do not offer refund or exchange on incorrect quantities when the same batch number is not available.

Please always check with us on 1300 00 9255 if you ordering additional product online so that we can request the same batch number on your behalf.
