We want to ensure your shopping experience is efficient and timely, so we kindly request that you familiarise yourself with the following terms and conditions, including information about ordering, delivery, returns, refunds, and samples, available on our website. By accessing our website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

General

By ordering products from us, whether through online sale, telephone, or in writing (including email communication), you implicitly accept and signify your agreement to these terms and conditions.

Currency

We conduct transactions in Australian and New Zealand Dollars.

Payment Options

We accept VISA, MasterCard, PayPal, and Electronic Funds Transfers (EFT). Please contact us for EFT Banking Details. All prices are quoted in Australian or New Zealand Dollars and include GST. If you choose to pay by credit card online, payment will be deducted immediately. Our website is secured by SSL sockets and is approved as a secure platform for credit card transactions. For more details, refer to the Website Use & General Liability Disclaimers section below.

Ordering

Please place all orders in writing, unless directly procured from our online store. You can make orders with our customer service team by phone or email. Orders are processed in the sequence they are received. Lead times and delivery dates can be found on our website. All products are subject to availability.

Order Acceptance

Your order becomes binding once we accept it. We accept your order conditionally, based on the availability of the products you have requested. If any of the products are unavailable or events beyond our control occur, we reserve the right to cancel your order. In such cases, we will inform you as soon as possible.

Natural Fibres

Please note that textiles made from natural fibres may have irregularities in hue and texture, which are part of their character. As a result, colour matches cannot always be guaranteed.

Samples

Our samples are approximately A4 in size, but not smaller than A5. Most samples are approximately 21cm wide and 25cm long, while natural fibre samples (grasscloth, cork, silk, linen) are A5 in size.

Cancellation and Refunds

We do not offer refunds for samples. Samples may not always be exact A4 size, but they will always display a portion of the design, colour, and texture. If you require a full pattern repeat, we recommend purchasing a full roll.

Returnable Goods

You may return the following goods in their original condition:

(a) Wallpaper & Smart Murals (non-custom) from stocked items;

(b) Unopened adhesives.

Please note that a restocking fee of forty percent (40%) will apply, and any return freight costs will be deducted from your refund. We want to ensure you are aware of this before initiating a return.

Non-Returnable Goods

While we make an effort to accommodate returns, certain goods cannot be returned:

(a) Goods held by you, your designer, or agent for more than seven (7) days.

(b) Goods not in their original condition.

(c) Made-to-order (MTO) items, unless they are faulty. This includes Custom Murals.

Full Refunds in Specific Circumstances

We are happy to provide a refund under the following circumstances:

(a) If the product is deemed faulty or defective by our technical team and a replacement is not available at that time. Please refer to the Claims section below for more details.

(b) If the received product does not match the advertisement, description, or the sample you ordered. Please refer to the section on Natural Fibres in our terms and conditions.

Please note that we do not offer refunds for incorrect choices, overruns, incorrect quantities, or calculations provided by our customer service team.

All claims for refunds must be made within seven (7) days of the date of delivery. If we cannot deliver your order for any reason, we reserve the right to cancel it and provide you with a full refund.

Installation and Warranty

Our responsibility applies only to product faults and defects during manufacture. Please ensure you check all products and matching batch numbers for faults before installation. If the product is defective or has a fault, a full replacement will be provided upon acceptance by our technical team.

We provide detailed installation instructions recommended by the manufacturer, including information on installation and preferred adhesive. If these instructions are not followed, and a fault or defect appears during or after installation, we cannot accept responsibility. We recommend professional installation and have recommended installers in your area.

If you choose to install the product yourself (DIY), you do so at your own risk.

Upon receiving your order, please perform the following checks:

  1. Verify the visible manufacturing label and ensure the batch numbers match. The batch number is usually a digit, sometimes accompanied by a letter, next to the product code.
  2. Unroll the first three (3) meters of the same batch to check for any print errors or unusual markings. We assume no responsibility beyond the first three (3) meters of the same batch.

Fault Claims

All claims must be made within fourteen (14) days of the date of delivery. To make a claim and identify a faulty or defective product, please contact us. Provide your invoice number, date of receipt, application method, analysis of the fault or defect, and a digital image of the issue. If necessary, we may request that you return the faulty or defective product to us for assessment by our technical team. In such cases, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. If the product is determined to be faulty or defective by our technical team, we will refund the delivery cost (as reasonably determined) and provide a replacement if possible. If we cannot replace the faulty or defective product, a full refund will be offered.

Liability

Our liability for any fault or defect in the quality, condition, description, delay in delivery, or fitness for purpose of our products is limited to a sum not exceeding the purchase price of the specific goods. We will not be responsible for any labour or liquidated damages under any circumstances.

eurowalls.com.au and eurowalls.co.nz, along with all the information, content, materials, and products provided on or through these sites, are offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis unless otherwise specified. We do not make any express or implied representations or warranties regarding the operation or availability of this site or the information, content, materials, or products included or made available to you through the site, unless otherwise specified. By using this site, you expressly agree that your use is at your sole risk.

We are not liable for any damages of any kind arising from your use of this site, the information, content, materials, or products included or made available to you through this site, or the products purchased through this site. This includes direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages, unless otherwise specified.

Due to variations in individual computers, monitors, tablets, and mobile devices, the actual product colours may slightly differ from what is seen online.

We reserve the right to revoke any account and access rights of any registered user who violates our terms and conditions, including misusing intellectual property, unauthorized account use, or engaging in improper or illegal conduct.

Privacy Policy

eurowalls™ does not retrieve any information from your computer when placing user cookies. However, cookies must be enabled to use the cart function.

We will never share or sell your email address to third parties. However, we may use your information to enforce terms, prevent fraud, or other illegal activities. Your account information may be shared with third-party service providers who assist us in processing payments and shipments. They are authorized to use your information only for the contracted services.

We use HTTPS, which utilizes SSL/TLS encryption under Hypertext Transfer Protocol (HTTP) to ensure data security. Although we have taken extensive measures to secure your data, we cannot guarantee complete privacy and security for all internet transmissions, even with encryption. By using this site, you acknowledge this fact, understand that unintended recipients may access the information you send, and hold us harmless in such cases.

If required, we will comply with subpoenas or court orders instructing us to provide your personal information.

Our terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Australia and New Zealand.

We reserve the right to modify our terms and conditions without prior notice.
